The NFL Network lists are always rankings of the year ahead. The current ranking is for 2015 but the 2015 season hasn't happened yet. Obviously, the most heavily weighted criteria will be the prior year's production, which is why you see a guy like Murray ranked so highly.
The list is bullshit regardless.
