I go there quiet a bit probably since I discovered it working near there in the early 2000s. I always found it pretty consistant but I am pretty regular what I order beef brisket sammy, short ends, sausage or chicken but chicken they can run out its very good though. I never get burnt ends unless its a sampler plate been burned to many times. My friends have and said pretty good.
