Being religious myself, I still don't know how people could believe that God gives or cures cancer, or that he knows everything that is ever going to happen. I mean, what would be the point? It would be like paying to see a movie that you made yourself. I can see creation as an experiment and he is watching what unfolds, but I don't see him pulling any strings.
