No-trade clauses exist in the NBA.
And while trading them 1 year after signing the deal might look iffy, I can't expect that an overwhelming majority of contracts aren't traded by the time they are done. As we've seen across all sports, "contracts" are in no way an agreement that the player will be on the team until it expires.
Its pretty ridiculous for them to think that they can be in an industry with so much movement and expect to play with their brother their entire career.
