The attorney representing the accuser of Blackhawk Patrick Kane said at news conference Wednesday afternoon that the evidence bag containing the rape kit performed on the woman was anonymously delivered to the front door of her mother’s home Tuesday.
“This is no hoax,” attorney Thomas J. Eaonnou said. The evidence bag had been torn open and folded into small squares as if it were being thrown out.
