Very few burgers meet my satisfaction at any place. There have been some standouts though. Some forever gone, some still around in small little corners and some from places I would least expect. Most of all though for me, if they can't/won't cook it med-rare. Then it really isn't that special of a burger. If you are putting more on the meat than salt and pepper. Then it really isn't that special of a burger.
