I don't think Alex is the worst QB in the world. But he is a big piece to holding us back.

Alex could do what Peyton's doing this year with Denver and they'd be just a good.
Belichick could be coaching this team with Alex on it, and they'd be in SB contention.
Alex isn't be the best or worst QB, but he's far from the organization's biggest problem.
