Roman is an excellent playcaller. But Alex's game manager style in San Francisco won't fly on teams without a dominant run game or defense. Even in KC... Alex smith's record when the defense was playing at a top 5 level was pretty good.

I'm not pro Reid by any means. I knew what we were getting from day 1. But let's not forget that his team was consistently in the top 10 in points and yardage. He's an idiot situationally but he does know offense.
