If we make the ALCS, I would think you would go:

Game 1: Volquez
Game 2: Ventura
Game 3: Cueto
Game 4: Medlen
Game 5: Volquez
Game 6: Ventura
Game 7: Cueto

Honestly, Volquez is probably our best SP right now, with Ventura 2nd and Cueto 3rd.
