How is it delusional? Nobody's saying, "Give me an NFL team, damn it!" They're just saying that on that ONE issue, where they weren't in charge of making things happen for the right money or price, they advocated correctly.
This happens all the time in the real world. People go for second opinions on their own goddamn health for Christ's sake. Those patients aren't saying, "I could be my own doctor better than my doctor"
