I have had 2 co-workers get kidney stones. The pain freaked them out and to this day are never seen with out a bottle of water at hand. The doc said men get these things because they typically dehydrate themselves so much. He told them to hydrate often to reduce rick of recurring. I guess they have heeded the advice.
