[Rudy tossed tigger's salad]

There isn't a single thing about this guy that is impressive to me. He throws an ugly ball and his release is nothing to admire. Arm strength is underwhelming for his size, unathletic footwork, shit for competition. Dude is Dan Orlovsky.
