Carr is farther ahead in his development. You wish you had a young QB like him. We both can rip each other's draft busts the past few years but Oakland isn't afraid to draft QB's and try and get the franchise one. Now that we hit on Carr, Cooper, Mack, etc, we got a great foundation to turn the ship around.
