You'd have a better shot at winning the lottery twice in a row than this happening, but apparently it is mathematically possible if the 11 million things happen to allow the Colts/Texans to tie... they could go through the next two tiebreakers and end up coming down to point differential. The Colts are down -83 though, so they'd need to run up the score. The odds of coming down to that have to be 1 in a million though. But it's rare that it's even mathematically possible.
