Yeah, if KU had a Withey with this group, they'd be the top team in the country. The team would still be softer than we've become accustomed to in the Self era, but the effect of that would be much less with an elite rim protector (and think how good a fit Perry would be with him). As it stands, though, the team is pretty flawed. Again we head into March stuck with a no-offense big like Lucas/Traylor getting significant minutes. And Frank Mason (who was either the best or 2nd best player over the last two years depending on whether you're willing to ignore Perry Ellis' defense) has fallen off a cliff over the last month for whatever reason. It's hard to be too positive going forward considering that.
