You're not winning a Stanley Cup without your goalie standing on his head and probably stealing at least one round. A goalie's not going to do that if his coach isn't going to commit to him.

Ask Urban Myer how dicking around with 3 potential All-American Quarterbacks worked out for him.

Look at Elliott's numbers during his time in St. Louis - NOBODY is better than him. Look at his GAA, SV%, QS% or any advance metric you'd like. At worst he's the equal of guys like Price and yet Hitch does everything in his power to bury him.

This is stupid. Some day somebody will have to tell me why the hell we didn't hire Todd McLellan when he was out there to be had. Maybe we'll get lucky and the Ducks will fire Bruce Boudreau in the offseason.
