The majority of CP, when faced with SPECIFIC competition, thinks these women are hotter than the competition they faced IN THAT ROUND.

For example, regardless of who I vote for this round, I definitely DO NOT think these are the two hottest celebrities in the history of the world.

Maybe a final round, matching the winner against EVERYONE else (without listing them -- she is/isn't the hottest celebrity ever) makes sense to prove the point. I would imagine she (whoever she is) wouldn't get a majority of votes. It would be intresting to see what percentage she did get.
