I understand it's predetermined in that they have a plan. The team is working towards a goal. They have been planning it for more years than you would imagine. (I think I even gave the timeline in my first year here. ) LA has been the goal since kroenke assumed majority ownership.
He thinks he knows why every other team has failed in la.
NOW that being said it doesn't mean the plan is going to go as planned. But it has so far.
