I understand the reasoning behind wanting to make a huge splash to impress LA/the league/media... not to mention potentially setting themselves up with a face of the franchise for the next decade
But maaan, TWO firsts - TWO seconds - AND TWO thirds just sounds incredibly steep
Two firsts is reasonable enough, that seems pretty common for a move like this
But after that they should've bargained a LOT harder IMO... a second this year and a third next year, something along those lines
And, not trying to rain on your parade as I can CLEARLY sense your glee at having a home team to get behind

... but seriously, Fisher will most likely ruin the guy before a new coach makes his way in
