Yep, once training camp starts, all owners get all of the new Chiefs who didn't come from the draft. In Year One, you'll actually get all Chiefs, of course.
Beginning in Year 2, the rule is that you get anyone that wasn't on the Chiefs roster the year before and who didn't come from the draft. So for example the existing owners will get Mitchell Schwartz and Rod Streater and all of the camp fodder guys.
I'll produce that list once training camp starts, and everyone will add them to their training camp rosters.
