Now we know the faceless men and the Iron bank are in league with each other. It would seem that the Iron Bank is not going to want Danerys to rule the world. How do they keep the money flowing in and keep Danerys from conquering their city? Maybe assassinate her with the faceless men. She is the unburnt, but is she poison or arrow/spear proof? Maybe they can make it look accidental or point to no one as a murder then you don't have pissed off Dragons to deal with?
Maybe thats how Jon sits on the Iron throne when this is all over?

Braavos is like Venice. Your chances of actually taking the city due to its geography is pretty much nil. They have and can buy and equip a bigger and better navy than you can so starving them out is pretty much impossible, most likely by simply calling in their debts.
In addition, Braavos is usually covered in a thick fog making it very hard for dragons to target individual buildings.
