Speaking of rentals... If you're wondering if the Royals have an "out-of-nowhere" type of prospect that could be the key piece of a big deal, I think Jake Junis might be the guy to watch.
He was a late, late pick in the last draft before the hard slots were put into place, and kind of got lost in his early years, but he is leading the Texas league in strikeouts and has flashed plus stuff.
He Kd super prospect Alex Bregman twice last night, only the second time that has happened this year to Bregman.
