I think it's just the way they've lost. The Drive, The Fumble, The Shot... they are all the most simple, iconic names ever and they all happened to Cleveland. And that doesn't even include being 2 outs from winning the World Series in 97 and blowing it. I don't think there's another city that's had more last second stomach punch losses.
