Seems to me that if ANYBODY knows Berry's value to the Chiefs (intangibles included), it'd be Dorsey and Reid. So I'd guess that the Chiefs' offer is probably decent -- especially since Dorsey's history shows him paying handsomely to keep homegrown talent. Can't imagine them low-balling Berry. Man, it'd be interesting to be a fly on that negotiating room wall.
