You believe Eric Berry has been the best safety in football every year for the last 6 years? Because at $10 million/season, he's been paid as the best safety in football.

He's unquestionably been overpaid. As to experience managing the salary cap, is math all that tough for you? It's pretty easy to look at how the numbers work together to see how the cap can be utilized/manipulated.

Keeping Berry here at his number long-term would've been ridiculous. Where's the emotion in recognizing that?
