My baby brother is wrestling at Fargo Nationals today...The biggest tourney in the nation for high school kids. He is wrestling Greco Roman, which he all the sudden began taking seriously this year.

I mentioned to somebody via PM not long ago that in Greco (which is all upper-body and associated with big throws) I think it is more integral to defend throws and LEARN SET-UPS than it is to actually be a thrower....that and you need to have a nice gut wrench.

Hope it goes well. I will be watching on FloPro.
