Also, hard to really go with "cost the team a chance at a win". Theres so many missed plays in a game it's tough to fault something like that too hard. Maybe I'm wrong here, but it's the same as a kicker missing a kick at the buzzer. Yeah, you lost because he missed, but there were like 10 plays during the game that would have changed the game.

You can do it with just about any blatant negative play in a close game. Alex and Ware's fumble, the drop by Harris, Peters getting beat for 6, etc.
