Spaghetti and Meatballs
2 pounds ground beef
Minced garlic - dont be shy at all
Parmesan cheese - 2 heaping cupfuls, or more, like garlic its hard to use too much
Finely ground cracker crumbs
1 egg
Finely minced onion
Basil and oregano mix
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes in a pan with a light coating of ev olive oil, they're great... I prefer half pork/half beef, but beef is what I have on hand
Red sauce is a jar (sue me), but I spruced it up with a few of moms last garden tomatoes that she had in the fridge, ev olive oil and 2 cups of merlot
The smells that come wafting out of the kitchen when these are cooking at the same time is really just... killer
