May not have been changes at the same time, but if you want to count Philly's change of QB (which was done 1 week before the regular season) and HC at the same, I don't see how you wouldn't count the Broncos changing QBs.

Because it's not the same, at all.
The Broncos fired Fox because they didn't feel he could bring them home the chip. They "benched" Manning because he was hurt, proceeded to bring him back, won the Super Bowl and he retired so of course they had to find another QB this season.
They didn't make the coach-QB switch at the same time. That's what's important.
I'm trying to think of any team in NFL history that was good but made that switch simultaneously and am drawing a blank. Can you think of any?
