We've had some incredible RBs over the years, but none of them have done what JC has been able to do on the football field, and none of them have lasted as long as JC. All good things must come to an end. It's been incredible what Charles has done in coming back from this injury this late in his career. And the man still has plenty of vision and speed. He's slowing down. He will eventually become ineffective when he gets to be too old. When that happens, you give him a hero's sendoff. You recognize everything he did for your team. And you RESPECT him.
That's what a real fan does. That's what a real Chiefs fan would do. A real Chiefs fan would show loyalty to the team's historically best players who are still toting the rock.
If you want to become a Chiefs fan, I suggest you assess where your loyalties truly exist. If most of them lie in Alex Smith Land, then you're still nothing more than a ****ed up weirdo traitor 9ers fan.
