I never thought about this, but it would be kind of cool if the number of posts a person could make related to their rep (or at least neg rep). If you get X points of neg rep in a day, it cuts your allowed posts per day to 10. If you get 2X, it cuts it to 5. If you get 3X, it cuts it to 1. Something like that.
