To be fair, I don't think it's been said exactly why he was banned this time. Could be another short leash scenario where what he said in one post wouldn't get anyone else banned, but the (sometimes necessary repeat offender on their last last last chance) kinda ban.
Either way, he's a normal dude, and nice in person, but plays a character here for some reason I have no idea why.
