It's Belichick and Brady. People underrate Belichick as GM. Like MASSIVELY underrate him. His salary cap maneuverings and draft pick manipulations are amazing. Does he HIT on a higher percentage of draft picks than most? Nope. But he builds a system that takes advantage of every possible method to acquire talent, and always has enough, plus Tom MF Brady.

Solid points. Those divisions have been marred with far too many bad coaching decisions, knee jerk firings and crappy drafts.
Bills, Jets, Dolphins, Vikings... over the last 15 years, how many new QBs have those teams had? Cutler and Stafford have been around a while, but they haven't lifted those teams up.
Legit QBs (Manning, Brady, Rogers) have owned those divisions. It's all about the QB and the lack of having one.
