It's all misleading, in the case of KC football. Yards per game.. PPG.. etc.
We all must by now recognize and should be acknowledging that when the Chiefs get or have a lead going into the mid-3rd or so of a game, Andy Reid takes his foot off of the gas, and coasts. He chooses to do this, and relies on his defense and STs to lock down the rest.
Call it infuriating, ridiculous, and painfully boring.. but it has generally worked. It also can greatly affect any total game production and efficiency stats of the Chiefs' offense.
