It's not surprising, at all, considering he's not explosive off the line. He's also got tight hips, something DJ's Left Nut had pointed out when he was drafted.

I don't think he'll ever have the physicality of an Anquan Boldin but if his ceiling is a 700-800 yard possession receiver, that's great value for a 3rd rounder.
