Yes they do. The problem with the team is the OL not the QB's.
Paying Romo would cost at least $10mill, I think John's Cap next year could handle that but why go after a guy who hasn't proven to be a playoff QB at the end of his career behind a bad OL when you have 2 young QB's playing on small contracts?
Romo makes sense for kc, chicago, Minn (depending on Bridgewaters knee), teams that haven't drafted young QBOF's.
