The team's ceiling for five of the last twenty ****ing season has been "make some noise in the playoffs" because deficiencies prevent the team from being anything better than that.

I'm tired of "maybe make some noise in the playoffs". It didn't work in 1997. Or 2003. Or 2015. It's not going to work this year.
