The Chiefs are ****ed in both the long and short term.

Romo isn't good enough to win with this team. Any QB they take in the draft won't be good enough to win with the team until 3-4 years down the line.

They're stuck in the same purgatory they've been in since Carl took over in the '80s. Not bad enough to take a top QB prospect and let them develop because of the talent under contract over the next three-to-four seasons and not good enough for a few key signings to push them over the top.
