What re-build in TN? He stuck around to get paid and tried to hang on with a team vets (Kerry Collins at QB anyone?) to squeeze out one more winning season.

He's Marty with a better playoff record and somehow he's conned / hypnotized / has comprising pictures enough people in the NFL to keep employed.
