It's been really surprising. It doesn't happen on every play, but it happens a hell of a lot more often than it did last year and much more often than I'd expect for a guy built like Ware is. Maybe you're right - maybe it's just a push thing and he's not able to get that extra stride he needs to be the hammer instead of the nail, but he's not been terribly effective in his own right in short yardage situations.

He's not getting much help in the running game this year. Last year it was a combo of Ware and West. West hasn't done SHIT this year.
