Every argument for clay's shrick being good for generating discussion can be directly applied to Tigerbob and with 800% less douchebaggery.
Neither are informed, but at least Bob is a hapless sunshiny idiot who thinks all is well. Infinitely more tolerable than someone who shits on anything and everything... just because.
Ban both but I find Bob much more ignorable than Dildo Shwaggins. I don't even notice Bob's dumbass posts anymore. Clay is like a filth that seeps into your clothes and then couch and then you have to just burn everything and start over.
