Alex is no dummy. He has to know that Andy is hindering the offense. He's a vet QB... made millions upon millions... should he not be at a point to take the risk of having this discussion with his HC?
Alex has given speeches and spoken many times about how for anything in life... if what you are doing isn't working, then make changes.

Smith was brought in specifically to buy-in to the offensive system and to run it on the field. He will do exactly as instructed and will run the plays Reid calls without question. If he's a smart as you say, why would he shit in his own yard?
