There's definitely a bias in the Academy, and it has absolutely nothing to do with not having enough black people nominated for acting awards.

I enjoyed it, but I'd say it was a little too much of a "chick flick" to win. My boyfriend, who likes sci-fi, fell asleep in the middle of it.
