Cleveland is going for Jimmy, SF likely wouldn't use pick 2 on one, Houston doesn't look promising as if they sign Romo, their OL will need upgraded.
The perfect storm for KC -

CLE; trades for Garappalo
SF; trades for Cousins
NYJ; signs Cutler
ARZ; drafts a QB
HOU; signs / trades for Romo

KC is now in perfect position to have more than one choice to draft a QB in the first.
