Elway is 17-15 without a HOF QB. Dorsey is 43-21 without a HOF QB. Elway is worse at drafting than Pioli. In 4 years, Dorsey has drafted 3 all-pro's, a double-digit sack artist and a DL that was among the best interior pass rushers as a rookie.
