The thing that confused me more is how did Lady Olenna get back there? You would think that the Unsullied left at the same time as the Iron Born going the exact same way yet Euron didn't run into them together. I guess maybe they could have dropped her off before heading to CR. The journey over land seems unlikely to me.
None of the travel really makes sense looking at the geography.
