Sexy stats can be overrated but in the end the large majority of SB winning QB's have said stats. Doesn't mean it's necessary, but it would imply some of the skill needed to put up those stats is what it takes to win a SB.
Also, like Carr, Smith would also have to trade things in for a SB trophy and basically made the same amount of noise as Carr in the playoffs.

That's very good INT rate. The TD's would depend upon how many games he played.
My question though is why do you choose to use regular season wins to defeat the stats argument but then try to use playoff stats to defeat the playoff losses argument?
