They have no reason to be pissed. At all. The episode had already aired. Once the episode has aired, it's not a spoiler.
If he had posted it BEFORE the episode had aired, THAT would be a spoiler.
If anyone is going to get their panties in a wad over something like that, they need to either watch the damn show when it's broadcast, or they need to lock themselves alone in a room with no TV, Internet, or phone.
