If people are being honest..the only play-off game where the Chiefs were reasonably healthy was against the Texans... and they won 30-0. (Yeah, Hoyer sucks...but they still won their division and were at home. Blanking them is not something that should be marginalized.) They lost the other 3 by a combined 10 points...
Health is going to be the key...as with every other team.

Your Jedi speak doesn't work on me. It is depressing to watch another season the Chiefs trot out Alex Smitty no way around that. Fans will want to go to games in hopes that game is the game Patrick Mahomes II takes the field. They will also go to games because they are indeed fans of the Kansas City Chiefs. We got our asses kicked in prime time by the same team that beat us in the playoffs. Chiefs will be back in the dog house if they let that kind of thing happen again on prime time and it wont be a good look.
Alex Smitty doesn't win us games he lets the defense and ST do it then takes all the credit. He doesn't throw to guys on the field if it is risky because he is selfish in regards doesn't want to tarnish his reputation in not throwing many interceptions so he can't take the blame for losses. At that note he doesn't propel the team for wins he just lets the wins fall in place as they happen.
In playoffs he doesn't propel this team to win because he does the safe way that works for him over the season but that does not work well in the playoffs.
That's the gist on Alex Smitty he is selfish that he doesn't give his teammates a chance to win the game by taking a chance down field.
