At my place, the inmates run the asylum, so it's pretty much par for the course.

He also leaves work to get his hair cut. Gardner to college and Quivira. ...appointments at like 3pm..so he leaves at 215, after his hour or so lunch, the calls or texts after his haircut and says his appt ran long and he won't be back in that day. Oh, and a haircut every three weeks.
